All-Pro cornerback Josh Norman may have suited up for the Washington Redskins for the last time this past week. The 31-year-old is reportedly being shopped by the NFC East franchise ahead of tomorrow's NFL trade deadline, per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

Per Kevin Patra in NFL.com:

In addition to shopping [Pro-Bowl offensive tackle Trent] Williams, Washington is also interested in trading cornerback Josh Norman, Pelissero added, per sources. However, the team is struggling to pin down his value, as Norman is due $6 million this season and has missed time with thigh and hand injuries.

Norman arrived in D.C. after being released by the Carolina Panthers in April 2016. He signed a five-year, $75 million contract with the Redskins, making him the wealthiest corner in the league. Since then, however, Norman has mostly underperformed in the secondary for Washington.

This season Norman missed the Redskins' Week 7 matchup with the San Francisco 49ers. The Coastal Carolina product was a fifth-round pick-up by the Panthers in the 2012 draft, earning a spot in the Pro-Bowl and the 2015 All-Pro team. In his four-year tenure with Washington, Norman has recorded seven interceptions.

It appears that Washington is stripping down its team for parts like future picks, since the 1-7 team has no business competing in the NFC from what we have seen. The Redskins could trade their polarizing tackle Williams, who has not stepped on the gridiron for the team this season due to a conflict with the team's medical staff.

Despite the down year for D.C., they have a young quarterback in Dwayne Haskins to look forward to rebuilding around.
