Manchester United's Marcus Rashford is among the club's biggest stars who may look for his way out of Old Trafford.

Though looking promising in the beginning of the season, Manchester United has failed to live up the hype and was even forced to sack its manager in the middle of the campaign.

Aside from the management, it appears that there will be changes in the roster as well with Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford now opting to depart the club, according to Diario Sport.

The report said that given the “overbooking” of options in the frontline, Rashford wants to leave Manchester United and “would welcome the option of signing for Barcelona,” a club that has already tracked him in the past.

Barcelona is no stranger to Rashford as the report noted that the Catalans attempted to sign him some “three years ago” but he decided to renew his contract with Manchester United. Paris Saint Germain, is also in the conversation and the report said that the Ligue 1 club has” already contacted Rashford representatives.”

Prior to the report, speculations about Rashford not working out well along with Cristiano Ronaldo on the pitch have already surfaced.

“Playing him up there with [Cristiano] Ronaldo puts a little bit more leg power behind Cristiano in a defensive sense. Perhaps [Manchester United manager Ralf] Rangnick has given thought to that. Rashford looks to be the one that has been tasked to press further up with Ronaldo,” soccer pundit Paul Robinson told Football Insider.

“He has not played a lot of football this season and I don’t think he has done particularly well when he has played. I think he’ll be the first to say that,” he stressed.
