Seattle Seahawks star safety Jamal Adams hasn't played since Week 3 against the Dallas Cowboys due to a nagging groin strain. Fans in Seattle have been patiently waiting for Adams to return to the lineup and they could get their wish in Week 9 against the Buffalo Bills.

According to Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll, Adams was a “full-go” in Wednesday's practice, per John Boyle of Seahawks.com.

In his first season with the Seahawks after beginning his career with the New York Jets, Jamal Adams has 2.0 sacks and 14 solo tackles. Seattle certainly can't wait to get the All-Pro defender back in the lineup and it appears Adams could play against the Bills barring a setback this week.

The Seahawks have the best record in the NFC. The team is 6-1 and coming off an easy win at home over the San Francisco 49ers. Seattle's only loss on the season came against the Arizona Cardinals in overtime. Superstar quarterback Russell Wilson threw three interceptions in that game, which was strange to see.

Adams, though he's been upset since he's been hurt, is thrilled that he's not on the Jets anymore. New York is the only winless team in the NFL, while the Seahawks are poised to make a Super Bowl run with Wilson leading the way on offense.

This Seattle team, though, needs Adams in the secondary since the defense has had some issues stopping the pass.
