The Seattle Seahawks could use more help at wide receiver with No. 1 option Doug Baldwin still out with a knee injury. Meanwhile, Dez Bryant remains a big-name receiver on the open market that Pete Carroll can at least consider.

Carroll was recently asked about the possibility of bringing in the former Cowboy. And while the Seahawks coach didn’t completely rule it out, he claims he is satisfied with the receiving options currently at his disposal.

“We like the guys that we have and we feel comfortable about them,” Carroll said per Derek Lewis of 247Sports. “We’ve kind of anticipated that Keenan [Reynolds] would step up for us if we needed him. As he gets going here, depending on how long Doug’s return is, he’s going to fit in for us. The answer to that was, we’re looking at everything always, but we like where we are right now.”

With Baldwin out, the Seahawks have been relying on the likes of Tyler Lockett, Brandon Marshall, Jaron Brown at receiver. Meanwhile, rookie tight end Will Dissly is surprisingly leading the team with 147 yards and two touchdowns after two games.

While Bryant likely isn’t the same receiver he once was, he’d still probably be the best receiver out of that group by some margin. But for some reason, Carroll doesn’t believe his receiving corps could use someone like Dez.

Of course, it's unlikely Dez would even seriously consider Seattle, especially seeing how the Seahawks have fallen off as contenders. Either way, it does not look like Dez to the Seahawks is happening anytime soon.
