The Seattle Seahawks are coming off an excruciating 17-0 loss in Green Bay. Russell Wilson returned from injury, with arguably his worst performances of his career. In this specific post, though, we're releasing our Seahawks Week 11 predictions ahead of their game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Wilson only complete 50% of his passes for 161 yards and two touchdowns. The Hawks were shutout for the first time in the Wilson era, as Seattle has lost four out of their last five. Seattle is dead last in the NFC West, and have reached “must win” territory if they want any shot at the playoffs in 2021.

4. Tyler Lockett Shows Out

Lockett has been a disappointment in 2021, with only three games of 60 yards or more receiving. The 29-year-old has been banged up throughout the season, but will have his number called numerous times on Sunday.

D.K. Metcalf didn't participate in practice on Wednesday (foot), and is listed as questionable for Sunday. Look for Lockett to bounce back against a divisional rival like Arizona, as we could be in for one of his vintage performances. Just last season, Lockett torched the Cards for 15 catches and 200 yards on primetime.

3. Hawks Feed Off Depleted Cards Offense

Seattle's defense has been actually very good the last couple weeks, and they'll get a break this time around against Arizona. Both Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins are questionable for Sunday, as veteran quarterback Colt McCoy will most likely get the start.

Look for safety Jamal Adams to have another big game, and for Seattle's rabid fans at Lumen Field to be extra loud as the Cardinals experience a tough time moving the ball.

2. Seattle Establishes The Run Game

Even with Chris Carson on the IR, Seattle should be able to grind some yards on the ground. Arizona is still susceptible against the rush, allowing an average of 116.6 yards per game.

Alex Collins and Travis Homer should see roughly 20 carries altogether with Carson still sidelined (neck). Collins is averaging 4.1 yards per carry in 2021, and has done a commendable job as his main replacement. It will be interesting to see if Duane Brown suits up for the Seahawks, as the veteran Pro Bowl tackle is questionable with a hip injury.

1. Wilson Bounces Back

Despite his struggles in his return to the field after a gruesome finger injury, Russell Wilson still remains one of the best current quarterbacks in the NFL. So far in 2021, Wilson has a passer rating of 104.5, with ten touchdowns to three interceptions. Wilson is also completing more than 65% of his passes, and was playing at a really good level up until his surgical procedure that he had to undergo in October.

It would be a mistake to be a prisoner of the moment to bank on Wilson struggling for the second consecutive game. He's been too good for way too long, and has owned Arizona historically.

The Seahawks may not make the playoffs this season, but they won't go down without a fight. Russell Wilson is the main reason why.
