The Shadowrun Trilogy will be making its way to the Nintendo Switch soon, with a release date in 2022. It was also featured in the most recent Nintendo Direct.

Shadowrun Trilogy Switch Release Date: 2022

Currently, there is no specific release date for the game. The official Nintendo Switch page describes it with the following:

“The Shadowrun Trilogy comprises 3 cult tactical RPG games taking place in a dystopian cyberpunk future in which magic has re-awakened, bringing back to life creatures of high fantasy. Initially created as a tabletop RPG over 30 years ago, this one-of-a-kind setting that has gained a huge cult following during the past three decades.”

The Shadowrun Trilogy will include Shadowrun Returns, Shadowrun Dragonfall – Director's Cut, and Shadowrun Hong Kong – Extended Edition, all in one neat bundle. Currently, the Shadowrun Trilogy is also available on PC via Steam. Definitely an easy recommendation for fans of the turn-based tactical RPG genre, especially for those looking for a cyberpunk twist. Once again, the Shadowrun Trilogy will launch on the Nintendo Switch with a release date sometime in 2022.

In other release date news, several new games were featured for the Nintendo Switch during the last Nintendo Direct, including the much-awaited Bayonetta 3, a new Kirby game, and a soul-successor to Final Fantasy Tactics, the upcoming Triangle Strategy.
