Philadelphia 76ers president Bryan Colangelo hasn't spoken with big man Nerlens Noel yet, and the deadline for signing an extension is only two weeks away.

Colangelo spoke with  Keith Pompey of philly.com and says he isn't sure of the future between the two just yet.

It's not really something that we've discussed, given some of the concerns that I think Nerlens has had, right now. There's been very little if any discussion with his agents about any extension scenarios. But, I'll just leave it at that.

Unless the Sixers sign Noel to an extension prior to the October 31st deadline, he will become a restricted free agent next summer.

Noel has expressed his discontent with the team's crowded front court, and roster decisions, although he maintains that he loves the city and fans.

He has been in the midst of a few trade rumors but nothing concrete has ever come of it as the team focused on changes in management.

Last season, Noel averaged 11.1 points, 8.1 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.8 steals, and 1.5 blocks per game while trying to gel with Jahlil Okafor before he went down with injury.
