Philadelphia 76ers veteran big man Amir Johnson will reportedly get fined and/or suspended for using his phone on the bench during the Sixers' Game 1 loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Saturday, according to ESPN's Bobby Marks.

Use of a cell phone on the bench is a violation of the NBA Operations Manual, per Marks:

Saturday was an awful day for the Sixers. They suffered a bad loss to the Nets, star center Joel Embiid still looks hurt and Johnson was using his phone on the bench.

The Philly fans were booing their team from start to finish on Saturday. The Sixers lost by a final score of 111-102. Game 2 on Monday is now a must-win game for Philly.

How could Johnson be this clueless? He's been in the NBA since 2005. The 31-year-old has to know there are cameras everywhere in the stadium. He was sitting next to Embiid as well. This was just a really bad look for Johnson, who was inactive on Saturday.

Now, Sixers head coach Brett Brown will have to deal with this Johnson fiasco on top of trying to come up with a better gameplan for Game 2. Johnson will probably not see one minute of action during the playoffs.
