Philadelphia 76ers big man Joel Embiid changed his Twitter handle after a Jeopardy contestant made a hilarious gaffe on his nickname related to the Sixers.

Embiid changed his nickname from “The Process” to “Do a 180” peppered with several question marks.

Below is the incident where a contestant thought that Embiid's nickname is “Do a 180.”

Of course, Sixers fans all know that it's “The Process.”

Embiid, who was the third overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, had to sit out the first two years of his career due to an injury. When he was cleared to play in the 2016-17 season, the Cameroonian big man played limited minutes and games.

The Sixers were afraid that their prized asset might sustain another injury that would derail his career and the franchise. JoJo, in turn, was frustrated at first.

He believed that he was a hundred percent healthy. But sooner or later, Embiid understood what the Sixers were doing and thus, he uttered in an interview to “trust the process.” It calmed Philly fans who were growing antsy and impatient after it was revealed that Ben Simmons, the first pick of the 2016 NBA Draft, was set to sit out for an entire year due to an injury.

As soon as Joel Embiid told fans  to trust the process, not only did it become his nickname, but it also served as the battle cry of the legion of Sixers fans. Fast forward to a few years, the 76ers are considered one of the most talented teams in the East.
