Dejounte Murray came out with another eye-popping performance on Saturday as he led the San Antonio Spurs to a 124-114 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans. The 25-year-old has been making waves of late. So much so, that even Spurs legend Manu Ginobili had to take notice.

Ginobili could not help but take to Twitter to heap praise on the Spurs guard and his strong play:

On Saturday, Murray finished with 31 points on 13-of-22 shooting, to go along with seven rebounds, 12 assists, two steals, and just one turnover in 35 minutes of action. The newly-minted first-time All-Star did this on the second night of a back-to-back set. On Friday against Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks, Murray amassed a 32-point, 10-rebound, 15-assist triple-double with four steals, two triples, and just one turnover.

Talk about a hot streak. Even Manu Ginobili seems to believe so.

Murray is proving that he absolutely deserves to be an All-Star with his recent run. More importantly, the Spurs have won three out of their last four games as they look to turn their season around. The Spurs aren't going to win the title this season, but if Murray keeps on playing like this, San Antonio could see themselves fighting for a paly-in spot towards the latter part of the regular season.
