Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger led the squad to a win over the Cleveland Browns on Monday night, in what will very likely go down as Roethlisberger's final game at Heinz Field. Many former teammates were in attendance to show respect to the great No. 7, who has starred under center for the team since 2004. Former Steelers running back, Le'Veon Bell, who is currently with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, took to Twitter to show his respect and pay homage to Roethlisberger as the 39-year-old's career winds down.

Bell credits Roethlisberger for a lot of his success in the NFL, saying he “wouldn't have made it this far” without the guidance of Big Ben. The pair spent five prolific seasons together in Pittsburgh, alongside star wide receiver Antonio Brown, forming one of the league's most feared trios on the offensive side of the ball.

They played alongside one another from 2013-2017 before the trio parted ways, but the Steelers were a constant threat each year that trio was together. Even though they never managed to win a Super Bowl together, all three were considered among the best at their positions. To see Bell credit his rise to stardom in the league, at least partially, to Roethlisberger is an awesome gesture and showcases the strong bond they shared even when things began to sour in Pittsburgh at the end of Bell's time with the team.

Bell said what we were all thinking at the end of his Tweet, declaring that Roethlisberger deserves a spot in Canton as a future Pro Football Hall of Famer. It was a touching tribute from Bell, who got to play alongside Roethlisberger during some of the highlights of his esteemed career.
