Former Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington Commanders quarterback Dwayne Haskins passed away last April following a tragic car accident in Florida. Now, new details emerge on his condition before the incident and what happened leading to his death.

TMZ revealed the investigation results of the Broward County Medical Examiner's Office, which highlighted that Haskins had alcohol in his body and ingested ketamine hours before the tragedy. In the same report, a rep from the Steelers also apparently said that Haskins went clubbing after practice on April 8 and “drank heavily” and even got into a fight.
