Pittsburgh Steelers T.J. Watt is back on the recruiting grind in his efforts to bring older brother, J.J., to Steel City. It involves… winter chores?

J.J. Watt shared a video of his younger brother shoveling snow (per Jimmy Traina of Sports Illustrated):

On Thursday, J.J. shared a video of T.J. doing some snow shoveling.

The video did two things: 1) It led to several questions about the shoveling situation, and 2) it threw Twitter into a frenzy.

We don’t know whether this shoveling took place at T.J.’s house, J.J.’s house or another family member’s house. But that did not stop many fans from assuming the shoveling was a bribe meant to push J.J. toward the Steelers. So fans of other teams used the video to make their own pitches to the future Hall of Fame defensive lineman.

Naturally, people around the United States were forced to break out the shovels after a winter storm swept the country this week. Is T.J. Watt doing the dirty work to gain goodwill in the hopes J.J. will sign with the Steelers? It is quite amusing if nothing else.

T.J. has been adamant about recruiting his brother to Pittsburgh to join both himself and their other brother, Derek. responded to J.J.'s initial announcement regarding his split from the Houston Texans with a “Just Bring It” GIF.

He then quote-tweeted J.J.'s “free agency is wild” tweet.

The addition of J.J. Watt would make Pittsburgh's defensive front all the more imposing, and give them another noted pass rusher with Bud Dupree likely departing in free agency.

But the Steelers face salary cap issues this offseason, issues that might prevent Watt from playing with his two brothers.
