Thanks in part to an amazing performance from Klay Thompson, there will be a Game 7 in the Western Conference Finals.

Thompson broke the NBA record for most three-pointers made in an NBA playoff game (11), which was previously held at 9.

Coach Steve Kerr credited Thompson's great shooting, when reporters asked about winning a hard fought Game 6.

“Well obviously, Klay Thompson was ridiculous. It was some of the most incredible shooting you’ll ever see.”

Thompson scorched the Oklahoma City Thunder after catching fire, scoring 41 points, and hitting 11 three-pointers to help lead the Golden State Warriors to a 108-101 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder. He also scored 19 points in the fourth quarter, outscoring the entire Thunder team by a point.

The Warriors have now won two consecutive games after being down 3-1 , facing sudden elimination from the Western Conference Finals.

Game 7 will be at Oracle Arena on Monday, May 30th at 9:00 PM ET.
