Phoenix Suns swingman Jae Crowder was ecstatic after teammate Devin Booker hit the game-winning 3-point shot in their game against the Dallas Mavericks on Monday night. Booker previously sustained a hamstring injury that forced him to sit out the team's last four games.

Crowder took to Twitter to celebrate:

Devin Booker didn't waste any time as he immediately contributed in his first game back since Jan. 22. On Monday night, the Suns found themselves in a back-and-forth affair all throughout the tilt against the Mavericks. At one point in the second half, the Suns dropped to an 11-point hole, but they quickly rallied to get themselves back in the game.

The encounter eventually went the distance with veteran point guard Chris Paul locating Booker on the final possession for Phoenix. The All-Star guard successfully drained a 3-point shot with 1.5 seconds left in the game to lift his team to a 109-108 victory.

Paul topped the game with a near-triple-double output of 34 points, nine rebounds, and nine assists. Devin Booker generated 24 points, while DeAndre Ayton added 10 points and 17 rebounds of his own.

Mavs star Luka Doncic continued to struggle from the field by shooting 7-of-19 en route to 25 points, five rebounds, and eight assists. After absorbing the narrow loss, the Mavs have now dropped to six straight losses.

Meanwhile, Devin Booker and the Suns further improved their standing to an 11-8 record for the sixth spot in the Western Conference. The Phoenix-based squad is hoping it can extend its three-game winning skid with Booker now back at the helm.

The Suns will aim for another great showing when they visit the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday.
