The Phoenix Suns have secured their spot in the Western Conference Finals, the first team to etch their name into the season's final four. But things got a little testy before they officially ended the series, as All-Stars Devin Booker and Nikola Jokic got into a heated spat in the middle of their closeout game.

Check out the moment tempers flared during Nuggets-Suns Game 4:

The Suns guard spoke out about the fracas, noting that it was basically water under the bridge.

Via Suns beat reporter Gerald Bourguet:

Devin Booker on getting in Nikola Jokic's face: “That's all I said, just, ‘What are you doing?' I don't think he meant any harm by it.” Noted that he's played Jokic many times, doesn't think he's a malicious player and that he apologized to Cam Payne after.

Knowing the kind of lovable, soft-spoken guy that Nikola Jokic appears to be off the court, it seems highly unlikely that he was intending anything malicious. Booker himself knows that, acknowledging that he probably wasn't out to hurt his Suns teammate Cameron Payne.

It's also probably easier to forgive and forget when you're about to head on a week-long break before the Western Conference Finals. Devin Booker and the Suns have finished the job in four games, and now have time for some well-deserved rest.
