Taila Santos is the next person to challenge Valentina Shevchenko for the flyweight title and she likes her chances at UFC 275. The Brazilian recently spoke about the champion and she sees some weaknesses in her game.

The Brazilian was very honest about just how good Valentina Shevchenko is as UFC flyweight champion. That being said, Taila Santos also sees a few flaws in her game that she can exploit on Saturday.

“She’s about as close as you can get to the perfect fighter, but nobody is perfect,” Santos told MMA Junkie and other reporters through an interpreter at UFC 275 media day. “There’s always room for improvement for everybody. Doing the tape study, we were able to locate a few things we can work on and that was basically what the strategy has been put around those flaws that we found, and that’s what I’m going to impose.”

There is a lot of pressure on anyone that fights Valentina Shevchenko for the flyweight championship. Taila Santos is aware of all the pressure but she's not worried about that considering she feels she's been the underdog in most of her UFC fights.

I’ve been the underdog for most of my fights in the UFC. For me, that’s a good thing and I use it for extra motivation. It doesn’t matter when we get in there. We’re going to fight the same no matter what people see.”

Taila Santos takes on Valentina Shevchenko in the co-main event of UFC 275. The Brazilian hopes to be the first to hand her a loss at flyweight and become the next Brazilian champion.
