University of Mississippi head coach Lane Kiffin predicted on College GameDay that the University of Tennessee will upset the number one team in the country, Georgia Bulldogs.

It's unclear whether or not Lane Kiffin was joking around, but Georgia is a 20-point favorite in this game and has manhandled every single team that they've played. The Georgia defense also hasn't given up more than 13 points in a game, all season long. They look like the favorites to win the National Championship and if one team is going to beat them it would probably be the Alabama Crimson Tide, not the 5-4 Tennessee Volunteers.

Tennessee isn't a bad team by any means. They're coming off a great win against a top-20 ranked Kentucky Wildcat team. They won that contest 45-42. Tennessee has played Alabama this season. That's about the only team in college football that you can really compare Georgia to. In that game, Tennessee lost 52-24.

One thing that will definitely help Tennessee against Georgia is that they do have an explosive offense. The question is if they are going to be able to actually store against this Georgia defense. The amount of points that they've scored in some of their games is very impressive. But they haven't done it against this Georgia defense. The Georgia defense is arguably the best defense that college football has ever seen and it would be shocking if Tennessee scored more than three touchdowns against them.
