Anthony Edwards just set the Minnesota Timberwolves franchise record for the most points in his playoffs debut. That's how well this young man played as he led the Wolves to a 130-117 win over Ja Morant and the Grizzlies in Game 1 of their opening-round series.

After his epic 36-point performance, Edwards had an extremely confident post-game message. According to the Timberwolves star, he just doesn't see a shot that he doesn't like:

“I love my shots,” Edwards exclaimed, via Chris Hine of the Star Tribune. “Whatever shot I take, whether it’s a stepback trey ball or a stepback mid-range. Or a floater or a layup. Whatever my shot is, I like it. Sometimes coach may not like it, but I love my shot.”

Well, based on what we saw from Edwards on Saturday, it is clear that he isn't wrong here. The Timberwolves star's shots were definitely falling for him and he wasn't shy at all about taking them. The 20-year-old went 12-of-23 from the floor and 4-of-11 from distance. It wasn't the most efficient performance but I'm pretty sure Timberwolves head coach Chris Finch isn't going to give Edwards too much flack for this one.
