The Tennessee Titans enjoyed a fantastic season, locking up the top seed in the AFC and securing a bye to the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs. However, their Super Bowl aspirations came crashing down when the Cincinnati Bengals beat them on a game-winning field goal last weekend.

Following the loss, many fans blamed quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who threw three interceptions in the game. There's a belief the Titans could move on from the veteran signal-caller, but legend Eddie George clearly believes the organization needs to stick it out with him.

George spoke to TMZ Sports and explained why he thinks Tannehill can still get the job done:

“He's just got to cut down on the turnovers and find a way to come back,” George said.

“I wouldn't go searching for something that — you know, the grass isn't always greener on the other side,” the ex-running back said. “I would ride it out.”

Two of those INT's from the Titans QB cost his team six points from field goals therefore it's not surprising that he was taking most of the blame in the defeat. But, Tannehill did help lead Tennessee to a 12-5 record, despite being without star running back Derrick Henry for a handful of games.

The organization certainly has some decisions to make this offseason. Tannehill will be one.
