The Tennessee Titans sit at 5-3 in the AFC South, which is certainly a respectable record. Their offense on the whole has only one bright spot though: The run game. Derrick Henry continues to light it up on the ground but the passing offense is struggling, ranking 31st in the NFL. The absence of rookie wideout Treylon Burks is a big reason for that, who was expected to be the immediate replacement for AJ Brown.

Burks hasn't suited up since October 2nd after going on the IR with a toe injury. But, head coach Mike Vrabel appears to believe his first-year wideout could be back very soon, perhaps even this weekend. Via PFT:

“We’ll see how he is feeling,” head coach Mike Vrabel said in his Monday press conference. “He has worked extremely hard to stay in shape and condition, take care of his body, lift. … I think this is the best he has been from the standpoint of handling a distraction … Whenever he is ready, I’m excited for him to get back out there.

“We’ll see where that is this week because he has been in here, he has been on time and he has done everything that we asked him to do. We’ll just have to see where he is at physically.”

Sunday was the fourth game Treylon Burks missed, which means he's now allowed to be activated off the IR. The Titans WR room had just five catches in the Week 9 loss to the Chiefs, with Henry essentially keeping Tennessee in this contest all on his own. Needless to say, they need Burks back badly, who has 10 catches for 129 yards in four appearances. We'll see if he's back in the mix in Week 10.
