Travis Kelce doesn't want any “bad blood” with girlfriend Taylor Swift. The NFL star was recently asked if the pop singer chefs it up in the kitchen which Kelce declined to answer.

“I respect that question,” he began during a Tuesday (June 11) press conference, “but I'm gonna keep that one to myself.”

The two-time Super Bowl champion continued: “Because I thoroughly enjoy cooking with her, so it's something I'd rather keep personal.”

He added: “Taylor makes a great Pop-Tart and cinnamon roll.”

This question follows the NFL star being uncomfortable with a joke about Swift during the comedy skit at the Big Slick Celebrity Weekend, earlier this month. Besides Kelce, actor Jason Sudeikis and comedians Robert Smigel and George Wendt were a part of the event. However, the question that went viral came from the “Ted Lasso” star.

“Travis, real talk, okay, just the guys here,” Sudeikis said to Kelce adding, “When are you going to make an honest woman out of her?” Sudeikis continued.

“Taylor doesn’t need to be working anymore and, again, I know your kicker agrees with me. He gets it,” Sudeikis said referring to the controversial statement that Kelce's teammate Harrison Butker spoke about women and members of the LGBTQI+ community during a recent college commencement speech.

Kelce responded to Butker's comments on an episode of his New Heights podcast, which he co-hosts with his brother Jason Kelce.

“He's treated family and family that I've introduced to him with nothing but respect and kindness. And that's how he treats everyone. When it comes down to his views and what he said at Saint Benedict's commencement speech, those are his,” Travis said. “I can't say I agree with the majority of it or just about any of it outside of just him loving his family and his kids. And I don't think that I should judge him by his views, especially his religious views, of how to go about life, that's just not who I am.”

As for Travis' reaction to Sudeikis, he smiled uncomfortably and seemingly wanted to end the conversation there.

Travis Kelce Weighs In On Rumored Taylor Swift Proposal Plans

Unfortunately for Travis, this is not the first time that someone has tried to get more personal about his relationship with Swift. Earlier this month, Page Six reported that he was looking to propose to Swift on their one-year anniversary next month. However, it was later found out to be false.

“Travis has no plans on proposing to Taylor anytime soon,” an insider shared with Us Weekly. “It’s not even on his radar. Marriage is something he takes very seriously and not something he would ever just jump into without giving it some careful consideration.”
