LeBron James also reacted on his Instagram story, which you can find here.
Damian Lillard literally does this rap thing in the offseason, yet he's better than most of the artists out there. His lyrics on this album were real, authentic, and even hinted at his Blazers' future in a couple of songs.
Dame wants that “mamba” route and stay with the same franchise. He said it on the album. Enough with the trade talk. Next SZN on the way 🔥🔥 @Dame_Lillard #RipCity #DameDOLLA

In the last song of the album, Damian Lillard discussed how he always watched Kobe growing up and admired how he built his legacy with one franchise and that's why he's poised to do the same in Portland.
Dame is truly more than just a ballplayer. He's very talented in the rap game and that was proven by the reactions across social media to this album. Now, he will fully shift his focus to getting ready for the 2021/22 season. It shouldn't take much though, considering Damian Lillard just won a gold medal with Team USA at the Tokyo Olympics.
Keep the tracks coming, Dame. We're loving them.
