Jon “Bones” Jones landed himself in trouble yet again recently. The Ultimate Fighting Championship talent was arrested earlier this morning in Las Vegas for battery domestic violence and tampering with a vehicle.

Dana White, the president of the UFC, said he wasn't particularly shocked by this development. In an interview with media officials, White said this. (via Aaron Bronsteter on Twitter)

“Is it really shocking anymore? It’s really not. It’s become not shocking. It’s almost become, ‘Uh oh, he’s in Vegas again. What’s going to happen today?’ You want to hope the guy is better, and that won’t be the case, but he proves every time he comes to this town that he can’t handle this place.”

Based off of White's words. it seems like the president of the UFC is tired of Jones' antics at this point. The latter has gotten himself in trouble with the law multiple times in his career already. The most recent instance was in 2020, when the UFC star was arrested for shooting a firearm while intoxicated.

Dana White has already disciplined Jones multiple times, with some of his antics ending with him being stripped of his UFC belt. As the UFC president pointed out, one would certainly hope that the induction of one of Jones' fights into the Hall of Fame would be enough reason to behave himself. However, that wasn't the same.

It's such as shame that such a talented star in the UFC would be plagued by these legal issues. Jon DaJones has a stellar fight record, having 26 wins to one loss and one no-contest. If not for his run-ins with the law, Jones would be a no-brainer legend in the UFC.
