Conor McGregor sounded off on Twitter after Kumaru Usman’s victory over Jorge Masvidal in UFC 261. And one of his targets was YouTuber Jake Paul, who recently defeated former UFC veteran Ben Askren in a boxing match.

McGregor, however, doesn’t seem to be convinced of Paul’s victory, tweeting that the level of fighting in the UFC is still superior to what he called “blogger jacka** boxing.”

Paul defeated Askren, a former Bellator MMA, and ONE Welterweight champion, via first-round TKO back on March 28. McGregor, a former UFC Lightweight and Featherweight champion, is coming off a second-round technical knockout loss to Dustin Poirier at UFC 257 back in January. Of course, Conor McGregor also has experience boxing, losing to Floyd Mayweather Jr. via a 10th round stoppage back in 2017.

Paul, meanwhile, remains undefeated as a professional boxer after three fights, which included knockout wins over former NBA veteran Nate Robinson and fellow YouTuber KSI’s younger brother Deci in another stoppage victory. The 24-year-old has previously called out Conor McGregor to fight him back in December, even offering $50 million to step into the ring with him and insulting his fiancee’ in a bid to get the MMA fighter to react.

Aside from Paul, Conor McGregor also took shots at Usman, believing that he and the welterweight champion will fight in the octagon at some point and calling him out for allegedly “copying his shots.” McGregor is set to return to the UFC later this year when he faces Poirier a third time at UFC 264 in July.

He finally responded to Paul’s comments about a possible fight, but so far, he doesn’t seem to be interested in stepping back into the right to fight the YouTuber turned boxer.
