Jack Della Maddalena is a hyped welterweight prospect in the UFC and he's looking to capitalize on his big debut. He fights Ramazan Emeev on the pay-per-view portion of UFC 275 on Saturday.

Ahead of UFC 275, Jack Della Maddalena spoke to UFC.com and gave his take on the upcoming fight against Ramzan Emeev. The Australian was familiar with his opponent heading into the fight.

“I’ve watched a few of his fights,” Della Maddalena said ahead of UFC 275. “It’ll be a solid test and probably my hardest fight yet. It’s the ‘Dagestani Wrestler Test’.

“But I do think he’s pretty flat-footed, so if I can keep moving and stay off the center line, I should be able to land shots.”

Jack Della Maddalena has a tough test ahead of him but the Australian has plenty of hype and the fans are expecting him to get things done at UFC 275. Ramazan Emeev is a tough out for anyone and has been known to frustrate his opponents with his wrestling.

“I’m going to bust him up badly and he’s going to keep shooting for takedowns. I think I’ll finish him late in the first or maybe midway through the second. He’ll be badly damaged, and I’ll be sticking and moving. That’s how I see it, anyway. I’m pretty excited about the whole thing.”

UFC 275 takes place on Saturday with the event going down in Singapore. Jack Della Maddalena vs Ramazan Emeev is the opening fight of the main card and its role is to get things started in an exciting fashion.
