Jorge Masvidal was forced to pull out of his fight against Leon Edwards at UFC 269. The bout took years to come together and now it appears it will have to wait.

Jorge Masvidal isn't sure they will even have to wait. The fight could never happen after getting scrapped UFC 269.

“If [Edwards] says no, then I’m going to pass, then Colby’s b*tch-ass it is,” Masvidal said Wednesday on The MMA Hour.

The Cuban-American had to be cautious going into his next fight after losing his past two. He wants to make sure he's fully healthy before making the UFC return.

“First time I’m coming off two losses, I’ve got to make sure I go in there healthy and well to give him my all,” Masvidal said. “If he wants to wait until Feburary or March, I can decapitate him on site for the world to see. If he doesn’t, what can I do? We will meet eventually.”

Jorge Masvidal has a lot of beef with Leon Edwards and now Colby Covington being part of the mix. There are a lot of options for him going forward with the UFC.

“I would like to address Leon’s bitch-ass first, and then we’ll take care of the fragile rat guy – now he’s changing his gimmick – now he’s a guy and shit,” Masvidal said. “[Kamaru] Usman beat his ass so hard, now he’s a nice guy. Wow, what a fucking turn of events, huh? That fucking coward.”

There are a lot of fun options in the UFC's welterweight division. So far Edwards, Covington, and Masvidal have yet to fight. Here hoping the triangle will be completed sometime in the near future.
