Dana White has managed to book some of the biggest fights in UFC history but there are still some that got away. Brock Lesnar tops the list of fights that got away, especially with a few big names at heavyweight.
Speaking in a fan Q&A recently, Dana White made a big claim that he had booked almost all of the fights that he wanted except for one. The UFC had big plans for Brock Lesnar and one superstar that never competed in the organization.

Every other fight that we ever thought about or the fans wanted to see or whatever it was, I’ve made.”
There were many other fights that Dana White was never able to book including Anderson Silva vs Georges St-Pierre and Ronda Rousey vs Cris Cyborg. That being said, Fedor Emelianenko was always the one that got away for the UFC as they were never able to sign him.
Brock Lesnar is done fighting though and the last time he competed for the UFC was back in 2016 when he made a one-off appearance against Mark Hunt for UFC 200. It seemed like he was going to fight Daniel Cormier for the heavyweight title but things fell apart and he eventually made the decision to retire from the sport and go back to WWE.
