DeMar Derozan and the Toronto Raptors are going to the Eastern Conference Finals.

The Raptors defeated the Miami Heat in convincing fashion in Game 7 by a final score of 116-89. It was easily the biggest blowout of the series as no previous game had been decided by more than 12 points.

While Derozan clearly has his sights set on the Cleveland Cavaliers, his daughter Diar has other plans—Disney World, of course.
