Draymond Green had an interview with TheVolumeSports and spoke about his former Golden State Warriors teammate Kevin Durant and all the trash-talking that he does.
In the interview, the Warriors star had this to say about the current Nets player,
“KD got these one-liners like, oh he drunk at the bar!”
Draymond then added that he is one of the best trash talkers in all of the NBA and that he's always told people that Durant is one of the biggest trash talkers since joining the NBA.
When Kevin Durant was on the Warriors, there were many instances where he was talking trash to some other players along with Draymond. Not only are they two of the better players in all of the NBA, but they did have a short stint together in Golden State and they certainly had a lot of fun at poking at some of their opponents.
The Warriors would certainly use the help of Durant if he was still in Golden State but it's been clear that they don't need him as they have undoubtedly been either the best team in basketball or the second-best team in basketball this season. They're 27-6 and are still missing Klay Thompson and James Wiseman.
It is good to see that Draymond Green and Kevin Durant have a nice relationship off the court after what seemed like a messy breakup between the Warriors and the two stars.
