The Golden State Warriors will miss the services of power forward Eric Paschall in their game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. According to Anthony Slater of The Athletic, Paschall is dealing with a right hip contusion.

Golden State's injury situation is probably the worst among all NBA teams at this point. Stephen Curry is nursing a broken hand. Klay Thompson is recovering from a torn ACL and isn't expected to see action until late in the season — if at all. Draymond Green has a torn ligament in his left index finger. Kevon Looney is also out due to a neuropathic condition.

Leading into Saturday, Paschall has proven to be a revelation for Steve Kerr and the Warriors. In nine games, the former Villanova Wildcat has averaged 16.4 points and 4.2 rebounds which included a 34-point explosion in a win over the Portland Trail Blazers.

There aren't a lot of options for Golden State after Paschall. Willie Cauley-Stein is the only legitimate rotation frontline player left on the roster followed by Omari Spellman and Marquese Chriss.

The Warriors, as of this writing, are tied with the New York Knicks for the league's second-worst record and only half a game separates them from the bottom-dwelling New Orleans Pelicans.
