ESPN had a ruthless response to Myles Garrett's comments about Kevin Durant, after the Cleveland Browns defensive end argued that Durant had broken the league by joining the Golden State Warriors in 2016.

While Garrett had little to say on the matter upon getting drafted as the top overall pick last season, he surely felt compelled to argue his case this time around, saying he'd be “too much of a competitor” to do the same thing as Durant.

ESPN's graphic showed Durant had gone a clean 3-0 on the road against the Cleveland Cavaliers last season (one win in the regular season, two more in Games 3 and 4 of the NBA Finals), while Garrett had gone a miserable 0-5 in Cleveland while being outscored by 41 points at home.

The word “competitor” implies winning and losing, but Myles Garrett has yet to know what it means to win in the NFL, as his Browns went a league-worst 0-16 last season, while Kevin Durant's Warriors have won two titles in his two years with the team.

While his comments might paint him positively with the home base in Cleveland, he'll have to start to do some winning of his own for his words to carry any weight.

It's put up or shut up time, and Mr. Garrett, it's now your turn.
