The Golden State Warriors and Phoenix Suns Christmas game contained all the intensity of a game between two of the NBA's best teams and the wholesomeness of the holiday. A saga between Juan Toscano-Anderson and JaVale McGee brought the Christmas spirit to the contest.

It started early in the month when Toscano-Anderson threw down a posterizing dunk on McGee in a Warriors win. He was ecstatic about the play after the game, which prompted a response from McGee.

Toscano-Anderson asked for a picture of his dunk to be signed. McGee stayed true to his word and autographed it, adding an NSFW message to JTA's gift.

Moments like this make the spirit of competition so much more enjoyable. McGee, who is known for his shot-blocking prowess, is a good sport for signing a dunk he's on the wrong end of. The act of gift-giving also fits so well for a Christmas game, in which the Warriors won 116-107.

Toscano-Anderson only scored four points off the bench while McGee recorded eight points and seven rebounds off the bench. Golden State got a huge boost from Quinndary Weatherspoon, a call-up from the G League. Stephen Curry scored a game-high 33 points.

The Suns and Warriors may be the last two Western Conference teams standing at the end of the season. The two heavyweights are battling for the best record in the league, as both squads are playing tremendous basketball on both ends of the floor.
