As the NBA enters its 75th season, the league is buzzing over the release of its Top 75 all-time players list. While one current Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry is on the list, his splash brother Klay Thompson is not – and he isn't happy about it.

Thompson was vocal on social media about feeling snubbed from the list. The Warriors shooting guard posted his thoughts out loud on Instagram.

“Maybe I'm just naive in my ability to play basketball,” said the Warriors guard. “But in my head I'm TOP 75 all time.”

With five All-Star game appearances, and two All-NBA selections, and most importantly three championship rings on his mantle, Klay Thompson certainly has a case to be considered for the list. In all likelihood, he was too.

But former coach and NBA analyst Stan Van Gundy had a poignant take on naming players, or yourself, as a snub. Pick who you'd take out.

While the Warriors star definitely deserves consideration for a spot, so do a handful of other NBA icons who were left off the list. It's much tougher to vouch for someone as deserving when you need to deem someone else as not as much.

The good thing for Klay Thompson is that his playing days aren't over just yet. He's coming to the Warriors' active lineup after two years on the sidelines with injury. Perhaps he can crack the NBA Top 100 list with another ring or two.
