Kevin Durant has got plenty of time in his hands now that he and the Brooklyn Nets are out of title contention. And among the things he was up to some several hours ago was regaling the good citizens of Twitter with a google ol' fantasy 1-on-1 matchup featuring Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman and future Hall of Famer and current do-it-all Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green.

Rodman was not inducted to Springfield because of his scoring prowess. Likewise, Green isn't anywhere near an unstoppable offensive behemoth, hence Charles Barkely's “triple-single” jab. Rodman was never a primary, secondary, or even tertiary option during his prime in the NBA. He finished his career with just an average of 7.3 points per game.

Meanwhile,  the Warriors star is also trending in the same direction, as he is currently putting up a career average of 8.7 points per contest. Those numbers are nothing to write home about, but 1-on-1 basketball is a completely different setup, which is definitely made even more intriguing — if not comical –by pitting two players not really known for flashy dribbling,  lights-out perimeter shooting, or most skills you'd naturally expect of a talented 1v1 baller.

Both are also smart and physical defenders, though, so at least purists would love this.

Are you team Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors or team Dennis Rodman?
