The Golden State Warriors are fresh off of a huge 109-104 victor on the road against the Toronto Raptors to even the NBA Finals up at 1-1. Even though the team came through with a big win, Warriors' guard Quinn Cook issued a strong warning to his team looking ahead to the rest of the series.

In a quote shared by APNews.com, Cook made it clear that the Raptors aren't going to go away and that they are going to come back strong after a tough loss.

“I don’t think they’ll get tired for the finals. There are two days between games. They’ll be back hungry on Wednesday, just like us. We just have to keep being better.”

Cook certainly isn't wrong. The Raptors are a great basketball team and they are a lot healthier than the Warriors currently are. With Kevin Durant still dealing with the fallout of a serious calf strain and Klay Thompson going down with a hamstring issue in Game 2, Golden State is banged up.

Toronto, on the other hand, looks to be mostly healthy outside of a sore knee for Kawhi Leonard. They are going to come out looking to make a point in Golden State. Game 3 could be a turning point in the series for either team.

It will be fun to see how each team starts out in Game 3. Both teams have stars and both teams have top-notch role players. Golden State will simply have to hope that Thompson recovers well and Durant can make a comeback in this series at some point.

All of that being said, make sure to tune in to Game 3 at Oracle Arena on Wednesday night.
