Kevin Durant of the Golden State Warriors is definitely one of the best offensive talents that the NBA has ever seen. His teammate Shaun Livingston explains his role within the Warriors system, and how his talent sets him apart from everyone.

As reported by Hardwood Paroxysm, Livingston said in part:

“To me it goes to the talent he possesses. I don't see any other 7-footers out there shooting 3's and taking guys off the dribble. So he sets himself aside from anybody else. I think he integrates himself as much as he can into the offense, but sometimes there are times where we have to get a shot. And he's probably the most capable on our team of getting his own offense…”

Below is Livingston's full comment on Durant:

Right after Durant moved to the Warriors, they won a ring which is a testament to his effect on the team. They were already a formidable team prior to his arrival. They already had Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson — two of the greatest shooters of all time — plus do-it-all forward Draymond Green.

With the addition of Durant, they became a more versatile team. A former MVP and scoring champion, Durant logged in 26.4 points per game, 6.8 rebounds, 5.4 assists, and 1.8 blocks per game in the 2017-18 regular season.

In the postseason, he is currently logging in 28.8 points, 7.2 rebounds, 4.2 assists, and 1.1 blocks per game.
