Stephen Curry's return from injury went better than anyone could have hoped for.

In a 141-128 win over the Memphis Grizzlies, Curry led the Golden State Warriors with 38 points on 13-for-17 shooting including a 10-for-13 effort from beyond the arc. Yeah, he's pretty much all the way back from that ankle injury.

The Warriors only lost two games, going 9-2 in Curry's absence in December. In his first game back, Curry only played 26 minutes as Golden State isn't going to immediately be playing the former two-time MVP 40 minutes a night. However, there is some better news than expected with the info being revealed that Curry will be available to play in back-to-backs.

This is almost unusual in today's game with teams taking more precaution than ever before with injuries, especially of those concerning star players such as Curry.

More than anything it's just good news that this means Curry's injury is fully healed and the Warriors aren't overly worried about him playing back-to-backs.

Golden State has the luxury of ensuring players can fully heal from injuries before thrusting them back into the lineups. That's what happens when you have four All-Stars in the starting lineup.

The Warriors have been on cruise control most of the season, remaining atop the standings despite some injuries to key players and resting others strategically along the way.
