Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry could face his brother Seth Curry in the Western Conference Finals if the Portland Trail Blazers beat the Denver Nuggets in Game 7. Such situation, however, will put their parents, Dell and Sonya Curry, in a tough spot.

When asked who they would root for if the situation does arise, the elder Currys laid out their strategy.

This seems like the fairest way to decide allegiance since both sons will want their parents' support from the stands. Perhaps Dell and Sonya could just switch off supporting each son on a game by game schedule?

Regardless, it would be a treat for NBA fans to get to see the Curry brothers match up against each other. Stephen Curry has obviously dominated the headlines, winning three championships with the Warriors and becoming the league's first unanimous MVP. Seth is a little more under-the-radar but has impressed with the Blazers this season, becoming an important and frequently utilized bench player.

For now, this matchup is all hypothetical. The Blazers have to get past a very tough opponent in the Nuggets, and both teams will be giving it their all to clinch a coveted West Finals berth.

For at least one more game, Dell and Sonya can firmly stand behind the Blazers and Seth as he looks to continue the path of becoming an NBA champion, just like his older brother.
