Michael Jordan has taken a ton of backlash for recently saying that Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry is not a Hall-of-Famer yet.

Now, whether or not Jordan meant that Curry is literally not in the Hall of Fame yet (which he isn't) or that he has not had a career worthy of the Hall of Fame at this point (which he certainly has) is debatable.

But, knowing how Jordan is, it was probably the latter, or maybe a combination of both.

Regardless, Warriors head coach and Jordan's former teammate, Steve Kerr, reacted to Jordan's statement on Tuesday, jokingly saying that he thinks MJ has his own version of the Hall of Fame in his head, via Logan Murdock of NBC Sports Bay Area.

It's hard to argue that Curry isn't a Hall-of-Famer at this juncture.

He has won three NBA championships, two MVP awards and has made six All-Star teams while also holding first place among all players in history for three-pointers made, and he is just entering his 11th season.

Say what you want about Curry's ability to hit big shots in big games (there is a legitimate question there), but he owns career averages of 23.5 points, 6.6 assists, 4.5 assists and 1.7 steals per game while shooting 47.7 percent from the floor, 43.6 percent from three-point range and 90.5 percent from the free-throw line.

The 31-year-old has shot 40 percent from downtown in each of his first 10 seasons and has also made 90 percent of his free throws six times.

He may not be Jordan or Magic or Bird, but Curry has undoubtedly had a Hall-of-Fame career.
