The son of New Orleans Saints star quarterback Drew Brees turns out to be a huge Stephen Curry fan. So much so that the seven-year-old Callen Brees did his best impression of the Golden State Warriors superstar's trademark 3-pointer.

For good measure, the kid even asked for the jersey of the former back-to-back MVP.

That's a pretty impressive shot for Callen, and it does appear that the sports gene runs deep in the Brees family. It was easy to miss the last bit of the clip, but it's pretty awesome that the seven-year-old even performed Curry's traditional shoulder shimmy celebration at the end.

This message probably hasn't reached the Warriors star yet, but we're pretty sure he will get to see it somehow. After all, Drew Brees has 1.3 million Instagram followers.

The three-time NBA champ is a big hit with the kids, and for his part, Curry does seem to have a soft spot for them as well. It would not be surprising if the 6-foot-3 point guard ends up the agreeing to Callen's request here.

Stephen Curry was able to make his much-awaited comeback to the floor just before the season was put on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic. Following a lengthy spell on the sidelines, the 32-year-old was able to return to play just a single game for the Warriors prior to the league-mandated season suspension.
