Stephen Curry is returning to the court for the Golden State Warriors this season and he may have a new arsenal of quips in his bag. While speaking to the former president, Barack Obama, Curry asked if he could borrow some of Obama's trash-talking phrases, per Marcus White of NBC Sports.

“We all saw the video,” Curry said, referring to the video of Obama making a 3-pointer in a Flint, Mich. while campaigning for President-elect Joe Biden last month. “We all saw the ratchet that you got. We saw the effortless — I'm lefty right now — the effortless motion. I just wanna know, can I borrow, ‘That's what I do! That's what I do!' Can I borrow that?”

Back in October, while campaigning for the president-elect, Joe Biden, Barack Obama nailed a three-point shot in an empty gym. Obama would walk off of the court with confidence, uttering some trash-talk to the small group of people who were with him.

We all know the Warriors guard is more than capable of draining his fair share of three-pointers, making an argument as the best shooter in NBA history. However, the veteran point guard is returning from injury after missing 60 games for the Warriors last season.

Despite missing nearly all of last season, Curry is expected to be one-hundred percent healthy for the upcoming season. Even though Warriors star Klay Thompson won't be shooting beside him this season, Curry is poised to revert back to being a lethal three-point shooter.

When Stephen Curry hits three-pointers this season, we may hear him bring out more trash talk to pay homage to Obama.
