A week after struggling in a 38-10 loss to the Arizona Cardinals, another team in Washington continued to add to the Dallas Cowboys’ woes. After running back Antonio Gibson opened things up with a rushing touchdown in the first quarter, it was wide receiver Terry McLaurin’s turn to find the end zone for Washington. McLaurin scored a 52-yard touchdown off a pass from quarterback Kyle Allen to give his team an early 15-3 lead over the Cowboys.

The play happened at the 9:54 mark of the second quarter on 2nd-and-7 on the Washington Football Team’s 48-yard line, as Allen threw a deep pass to a sprinting McLaurin, who outran Dallas cornerback Jourdan Lewis for a score. It was only McLaurin’s second touchdown of the season, and his first since finding the end zone in a Week 2 loss against the Cardinals.

Washington is looking to snap a five-game losing streak and looking to win their first game since beating Philadelphia 27-17 in their season opener last month.
