As things presently stand, all is right within The Bloodline, with Roman Reigns still technically in power even if no one has heard from him since April, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson remaining in good standing, and any hints that Solo Sikoa could be splitting up the faction one way or another are just whispers at the moment, with no clear split one way or the other just yet.

And yet, there's a member of the greater Anoa'i-Fatu family who would happily take a crack at “The People's Champion,” and that's Zilla Fatu, the son of Umaga and GCW standout who told MuscleManMalcolm that he would love to enter the ring with Johnson and would probably even win the bout if he got his say.

“H*ll yeah, I want to stand in the ring with him. It don’t matter. Against him, with him, it’ll be legendary,” Zilla Fatu declared via Fightful. “How many people can say that? With Rock, it would be dope. I’d win though. Hell yeah, I would win. [Asked if he would beat The Rock] Yeah, h*ll yeah.”

Would it be incredible to see Fatu get in the ring and immediately drop The Rock? Frankly, yes, if WWE pulled that booking off, it would immediately make Zilla the most talked about man in professional wrestling. Unfortunately for the young grappler, it probably won't happen, as it's hard to imagine too many Ls in Johnson's future unless the man on the other side of the pin is named Cody Rhodes.

Rikishi hopes WWE and The Bloodline use Jacob Fatu well.

While Zilla Fatu wants to take a shot at “The Great One,” who may or may not be running the show for The Bloodline at the moment, one of his former GCW Tag Team partners, Jacob Fatu, is about to join The Bloodline as the latest addition to the storied faction… or is he?

Discussing the “Samoan Wearwolf” finally landing in WWE on his Off The Top podcast, Rikishi declared that he would like to see Fatu begin his career as a singles star before inevitably landing with The Bloodline at some point down the line.

“I kind of see Jacob, because of all the speculations of him jumping into The Bloodline, I kind of see Jacob coming in alone. I see Jacob, be it SmackDown or RAW, just coming back into that old TV match. Three minutes, annihilate people. Just go to Raw, three minutes, annihilate people. So he’s not really with a brand because if he stays stuck in the brands, and they announce that he’s with Raw, now you kind of already, ‘Okay, when is he gonna go with Jey?’ But if he’s committed to SmackDown, the fans are gonna say, ‘When is he gonna go with The Bloodline?’ So he needs to come in different. I kind of see Jacob, honestly, I would love to see Jacob run through top talent on the roster, on both sides, and then finally, when the time is right, that he would be involved into The Bloodline. Meaning going up against either The Rock or Roman Reigns or Solo Sikoa. You gotta give that match to them.”

“In order for people to get the best out of Jacob, my feeling is, Jacob needs to dance with family members because now, his comfort level, he can trust Roman to take care of him as far as whatever, Jimmy. There’s not that much pressure. But when you’re dancing with somebody else that you didn’t grow up with, and it’s a name, now you got that in the back of your head. Is this guy here? Is he trying to take too much? Am I giving him too much? He sees me being built up, is he just gonna be a selfish wrestler and try to take me? Here’s what I’m gonna say to people like that. In case they go that route, I’m gonna say to all the wrestlers out there, if you don’t know my nephew Jacob, listen, he was a street hustler, street fighter. Hardcore was Jacob before hardcore. He’s not afraid of anybody.”

Ultimately, Rikishi just wants to see his fellow Fatu get his just due in WWE, as the promotion landed a truly unique talent who has a chance to shine if placed in the right light.

“Hopefully WWE books Jacob accordingly. I mentioned this before. To get the best out of this kid, you gotta book him with the right people because Jacob is what, 240, 250 [pounds], amazing,” Rikishi noted. “Moves like a lightweight, he’s believable in all the stuff he does. So he’s a cross from his father, The Tonga Kid, and a beast like his uncle Umaga. You don’t need the fashion to be able to get him over. Just let him go out there and work and let him be himself.”

Should Jacob Fatu hit it solo on RAW or SmackDown before landing in The Bloodline in a sort of Jey Uso-esque challenge for the top spot in the group? Or does it make more sense for Fatu to immediately join the group and serve as Sikoa's right hand man? Either way, WWE fans are going to be impressed with what Fatu brings to the table, as he's been one of the best-kept secrets in wrestling for years now.
