WWE superstar Shinsuke Nakamura doesn't exactly appear to be in love with former UFC champion and pro wrestling icon Brock Lesnar.
Appearing on an episode of Renee Paquette’s Oral Sessions podcast, the King of Strong Style opened up on a variety of issues, but it was his response when asked how to describe Lesnar leaving New Japan Pro Wrestling when winning that federation's top prize that might get the most attention.
The WWE star's response was simply one word:

It's certainly worth noting that Shinsuke Nakamura said he would certainly work against Brock Lesnar in the WWE if given a chance. Moreover, he didn't exactly go long in bashing The Beast Incarnate, suggesting this might be closer to a work than a shoot, even if the work is making sure NJPW's credibility is on the up and up.
In a somewhat ironic twist given Brock's MMA background, Shinsuke opened up about his love for combat sports as well.
“Two older sisters always bullied me,” the WWE star said. “My sister’s friend tried to bully me. I was too nice, still. I want to be a man. That’s why I started and was interested in martial arts, to be strong and to be a man. Also, I’m a big fan of ninja and samurai. Finally, I found wrestling. Wrestlers do matches almost every day, so if that makes me tough, then I should be a wrestler.”
Does this mean the WWE will now book Brock Lesnar vs Shinsuke Nakamura at the next big Network Special? Probably not, but it's pretty interesting to hear someone still active in the business go after the former WWE Champion.
