LaVar Ball was right about Lonzo taking the Lakers to the playoffs his first season. He just didn't specify which league.

After changing up his shoes from his own from Big Baller Brand, Lonzo Ball was a monster during the 2017 Las Vegas NBA Summer League with averages of 16.3 points, 9.3 assists (a Summer League record) and 7.7 rebounds. Besides Ball, fellow rookie Kyle Kuzma (and second-year swingman Brandon Ingram also played great for the Los Angeles Lakers in Vegas. Even if the team does not land LeBron James or Paul George next summer, the future is bright with Hollywood's young stars shining brightly.
