The Indianapolis Colts were among the teams that made a change at quarterback this offseason, signing Philip Rivers in free agency. Despite Jacoby Brissett's efforts in 2019, the Colts believe Rivers can help them return to the postseason in 2020.

Upon the signing of Rivers, Indianapolis also added rookies Jonathan Taylor and Michael Pittman Jr. in the 2020 NFL Draft. Instead of holding onto their first-round pick, the Colts acquired DeForest Buckner in a trade with the San Francisco 49ers.

There's no doubt that Indianapolis has a chance to secure the AFC South title next season. Though, for that to happen, they'll need a few players to become key contributors for them. In light of that, here are three potential breakout players for the Colts in the 2020 NFL season.

Rock Ya-Sin

Besides adding a veteran in Rivers, the Colts also added Xavier Rhodes in hopes he could bolster the secondary. While they expect Rhodes to become the team's No. 1 cornerback, Rock Ya-Sin is likely going to get an opportunity to be the team's nickel cornerback.

The Colts made Ya-Sin their second-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft out of Temple. As a rookie, Ya-Sin got plenty of experience, starting in 13 games for Indianapolis. He would conclude his first season in the NFL with 62 tackles, five pass breakups, and one interception.

After an inconsistent rookie campaign, Ya-Sin has a chance to prove to the Colts that he was well-worth the No. 34 pick in last year's draft.

Kemoko Turay

Last offseason, the Colts made a remarkable move signing Justin Houston after he spent eight seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs. In his debut season in Indianapolis, Houston would lead the team with 11 sacks in 2019.

As good as Houston is, the Colts could benefit from having a formidable edge rusher on the opposite side of Houston. With that in mind, Indianapolis appears to have an immense amount of confidence in Kemoko Turay — the team's second-round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Back in 2018 as a rookie, Turay recorded four sacks and a forced fumble before sustaining a season-ending ankle injury in 2019. Coming off of ankle surgery, Turay could form a dynamic pass-rushing unit with Houston and Buckner.

Parris Campbell

Given the addition of Rivers, the Colts figure to try more than the 513 pass attempts (25th in the NFL) than they attempted a season ago. As a result, all of the wide receivers in Indianapolis should be smiling ear-to-ear with the number of targets they'll amass in 2020.

That includes Parris Campbell, who is preparing to enter his second season with the Colts next season. Sadly for Campbell, it seemed as if someone had a voodoo doll of him, as he injured his hand, foot, and hamstring over the course of his rookie season. Not to mention, he had to undergo sports hernia surgery as well.

Altogether, in the seven games he managed to play in, the rookie out of Ohio State caught 18 passes for 127 yards and a touchdown. Following an injury-riddled rookie campaign, Campbell will have a chance to put that behind him with an impressive sophomore outing.
