With the NBA tradeline less than a week away, a few teams will be looking to make major moves.

A few teams are set up to be major buyers or sellers come Thursday.

Detroit Pistons

With Blake Griffin likely out for the season, and possible injury concerns piling up, it doesn't look like the Pistons will be competing in the Eastern Conference any time soon. As a result, Detroit is set up to be big sellers at the NBA deadline.

Several teams have inquired about All-Star big man Andre Drummond, who is set to become a free agent in 2021. Veteran point guard Derrick Rose is having possibly his best season since his MVP year and should also draw major interests from contending teams looking for scoring.

Portland Trailblazers

Injuries to Zach Collins and Rodney Hood have put the Blazers in a bind. The team is in desperate need of forward depth behind Carmelo Anthony.

As good as Damian Lillard has been this year, Portland is currently out of the Western Conference NBA Playoffs picture. Adding a solid player like Jae Crowder or Robert Covington could help the Blazers get back into the thick of things.

Chicago Bulls

The Bulls came into the season with fairly high expectations. The team has a ton of young talent but it just hasn't translated to many wins.

As a result, the team could be looking to move members of the backcourt such as Zach LaVine, Tomas Satoransky; or two forwards in Lauri Markkanen and Thaddeus Young, who have largely disappointed this year.

Chicago could get a ton in return for either LaVine or Markannen and may find that it's time to make a change.

Cleveland Cavaliers

Kevin Love has been in NBA trade rumors pretty much all season and given the Cavaliers' timeline for the future, it makes sense for Cleveland to trade the power forward for draft picks and/or young talent.

Tristan Thompson is another veteran member of the Cavs frontcourt that has reportedly drawn interest from multiple teams.

The Cavaliers simply aren't in a “win now” situation and could be among the biggest sellers on February 6.

Collin Sexton is already looking really good as a scorer and the team drafted Darius Garland in the top five of last year's draft so the Cavs have a decent foundation for the future, it's just not now.
