To pack or not to pack, that is the question. For Deebo Samuel that is. It is still quite unclear if the star wide receiver will still be with the San Francisco 49ers in the coming days, as whispers continue to grow that he will be traded.

It's not exactly a secret that Samuel is unhappy with how things are going with the 49ers, even recently deleting all traces of the team from his social media accounts. He is still waiting for a higher contract but until now, nothing has come to fruition. This had led many to speculate that the All-Pro WR will seek a new team.

But for free agent wide receiver Dez Bryant, it would be wise for the 26-year-old Samuel to stick it with the 49ers (via TMZ)

“I would say this, Deebo had a hell of a year and, you know, the receiver market right now is extremely high. So I understand where he's coming from. He wants to get his and he deserves his. But if we're strictly talking about football, I think the 49ers (are) a great place for him. Kyle Shanahan, he is a genius. He knows how to get you the ball, and a lot of organizations don't know how to do that.”

Bryant, also an All-Pro WR, is not entirely wrong here. Samuel enjoyed his best campaign last season with Shanahan allowing him to do his stuff, as the 49ers reached the NFC Championship Game.

For their part, the 49ers do need to reward Samuel with the appropriate deal.
