The list of Adidas-sponsored players in the NBA just got longer.

The sporting goods brand struck gold and signed six out of the top ten picks in this year's draft to multi-year deals.

Add Los Angeles Lakers forward Brandon Ingram, Boston Celtics guard Jaylen Brown, Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray, Phoenix Suns forward/center Dragan Bender, Minnesota Timberwolves guard Kris Dunn, and the Milwaukee Bucks forward Thon Maker to the Three-Stripes family.

This was confirmed by Nick DePaula of the Vertical:

In an article posted by USA Today Sports days before this year's draft, Ingram discussed what it meant for him to be signed by one of the leading sneaker companies:

“For my family and I, joining Adidas is truly something special, The chemistry with Adidas felt right. Every day I'm working hard at developing my game and they can help me do that on a new level. I'm always looking ahead, trying to find a chance to do something different on and off the court. Adidas allows me to create and that's something I can't do anywhere else. The best is yet to come.”

Though not yet stars in the NBA, this move is considered a smart one by Adidas as they invested in young talents who all have bright futures ahead of them. They will be part of these players journey to stardom.

The six incoming rookies will be joining Damian Lillard, James HardenDerrick Rose, Kyle Lowry, Harrison Barnes, and Andrew Wiggins, among others, who are all sponsored by Adidas.
